Precise Cut
The waterjet uses a combination of H2O and abrasive to slice through almost anything you can think of. It is clean and precise and will not leave heat damage compared to many laser and plasma cutters.
3D design
A-jet technology allows for multi-axis cutting to easily produce, bevels, angles, and countersinks. With Intelli-MAX software the waterjet can allow for taper compensation and create various 3D designs.
Thicker Material
While many other forms of cutting can only support a maximum material thickness of 1/2 to 3/4 inches, the waterjet can handle thicknesses of up to 6 to 10 inches depending on what is being cut.
Material choices
We can provide waterjet cutting services for a wide range of materials such as hardened tool steel, aluminum and titanium; exotics including ceramic, nickel alloys and composites; or architectural materials such as marble, granite, glass, tile and stone.
