Welcome to Relic. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including our SMS order status notification program. By becoming a customer or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Relic manufactures products for customers who place orders with us. As part of our service, customers may opt in to receive SMS text message notifications regarding the status of their orders (e.g., accepted, completed, delivered).
2. Customer Accounts
When you set up an account with Relic, our staff will collect the information necessary to process your order and, if you choose, enroll you in SMS order status notifications in accordance with our SMS Policy.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Our SMS notification program is governed by our separate SMS Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By opting in, you agree to the terms described there, including message frequency, message and data rates, and how to opt out.
4. Orders and Payment
Quotes and Orders can be placed via the office verbally or via the customer Portal. Payments is due upon acceptance of quote unless term have been decided.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Relic website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Relic or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
